Prima di iniziare
Visitare la pagina carica i file dell’app dal sito. Non avvia test, non raccoglie automaticamente l’IP tramite servizi esterni e non invia rapporti. Prima di generare traffico diagnostico devi premere Avvia accanto al disclaimer: quel gesto autorizza la sessione. Il consenso al test non è un consenso pubblicitario.
Le richieste partono dal tuo dispositivo
I test contattano la rete Cloudflare (speed.cloudflare.com). Le opzioni di raggiungibilità contattano cloudflare-dns.com e dns.google. Il monitoraggio contatta l’endpoint selezionato e dns.google. Un server personalizzato sostituisce la destinazione di download/upload. Questi servizi vedono necessariamente l’IP di origine e i metadati delle richieste e possono applicare le proprie politiche di conservazione. L’app non controlla i loro log.
L’opzione IP pubblico esegue una richiesta aggiuntiva a Cloudflare e conserva nel rapporto l’IP e i metadati restituiti disponibili. È disattivata inizialmente. Anche senza questa opzione, il server di destinazione vede il tuo IP per poter rispondere.
Cosa rimane nel browser
Se lasci attiva l’opzione di conservazione, le ultime 20 sessioni sono salvate nel localStorage di questo browser: campioni, errori, note, condizioni dichiarate, informazioni del browser e del fuso orario ed eventuali metadati richiesti. Non scadono automaticamente; le sessioni più vecchie vengono sostituite dopo il limite di 20. Puoi cancellare l’archivio dallo storico o dalle impostazioni del browser. Una sessione già aperta resta in memoria fino alla chiusura o ricarica della pagina.
Il service worker conserva i file dell’app per consentire la riapertura offline. Non conserva in cache risposte diagnostiche né le richieste pubblicitarie. Puoi eliminare cache e service worker dalle impostazioni dei dati del sito. Navigazione privata e pulizie automatiche possono rimuovere lo storico o impedire l’uso offline.
Anche la lingua viene salvata soltanto nel browser, nella chiave lineachiara.language, e non viene inviata al gestore. Puoi cambiarla senza navigare o cancellarla insieme ai dati del sito.
Rapporti e note personali
I rapporti vengono generati sul dispositivo. Nessun invio automatico al provider, nessun account e nessuna telemetria applicativa. Le copie scaricate rimangono nella cartella scelta e non vengono eliminate cancellando lo storico. La mascheratura dell’IP riguarda il campo raccolto dall’app: non rimuove indirizzi, nomi o altri dati scritti nelle note. Controlla sempre un documento prima di condividerlo.
Hosting e log del sito
Il sito statico è distribuito da Vercel Inc. su una rete globale. IP, data/ora, URL richiesto e metadati del dispositivo possono essere trattati per consegnare i file, proteggere il servizio e gestire abusi. Il gestore non crea un archivio applicativo degli accessi e non ha attivato Web Analytics o Speed Insights. Vercel determina la conservazione dei propri dati tecnici in base alla necessità operativa, alla sicurezza e agli obblighi applicabili; non dichiariamo un numero di giorni non verificato. Per dettagli o richieste sui log scrivi al titolare. Sono possibili trasferimenti fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo, con le garanzie previste dal DPA Vercel, incluse le clausole contrattuali standard ove applicabili.
Pubblicità e consenso
La pagina di diagnostica non carica annunci. Le guide possono prevedere spazi AdSense solo dopo la configurazione del gestore e la raccolta del consenso con una piattaforma idonea. In questa versione la pubblicità è disattivata finché non vengono configurati identificativi e integrazione del consenso. I dettagli su fornitori, finalità e revoca devono corrispondere alla configurazione effettivamente pubblicata.
Stato attuale: annunci non configurati.
Finalità e basi del trattamento
Il caricamento del sito e la diagnostica che richiedi servono a fornire il servizio (art. 6.1.b GDPR); la protezione dell’infrastruttura e la prevenzione degli abusi rispondono al legittimo interesse alla sicurezza e continuità (art. 6.1.f). La scelta di salvare storico e lingua riguarda funzioni richieste, memorizzate sul dispositivo. Puoi evitare i test, non salvare le sessioni e rimuovere i dati locali in ogni momento. Nessun dato di misura è obbligatorio per leggere le guide. Non svolgiamo profilazione né decisioni automatizzate con effetti giuridici. L’eventuale futura pubblicità richiederà un’informativa aggiornata e una scelta separata.

Scrivi a phabdev@gmail.com per informazioni o per esercitare, quando applicabili, accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione. Puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali o alla tua autorità competente. Non riceviamo lo storico locale: per cancellarlo usa l’app o le impostazioni del browser; i file scaricati vanno eliminati separatamente. In una richiesta sui log indica il sito e un intervallo temporale: ti informeremo delle verifiche possibili con il fornitore. Non inviare l’intero dossier se non è necessario.

Your network data
deserves clarity.
Before starting
Visiting the page loads the app’s files from the website. It does not start tests, automatically collect your IP through an external service or upload reports. Before diagnostic traffic is generated, you must press Start beside the disclosure; that action authorizes the session. Consent to a network test is not advertising consent.
Requests originate from your device
Tests contact Cloudflare (speed.cloudflare.com). Reachability options contact cloudflare-dns.com and dns.google. Monitoring contacts the selected endpoint and dns.google. A custom server replaces the download/upload destination. These services necessarily see the source IP and request metadata and may apply their own retention policies. The app does not control their logs.
The optional public-IP feature sends an additional request to Cloudflare and stores the returned IP and available metadata in the report. It starts disabled. Even with this option off, a destination server sees your IP to answer your request.
What remains in your browser
If you enable history, the latest 20 sessions are saved in this browser’s localStorage: samples, errors, notes, declared conditions, browser and time-zone information, and any requested metadata. They do not automatically expire; older sessions are replaced once the 20-session limit is reached. Clear history from the app or your browser’s site-data settings. An already open session remains in memory until the page is closed or reloaded.
Your language choice is also saved locally under lineachiara.language. It is not sent to the operator. You can change it without navigating or erase it with the site’s browser data.
The service worker caches app files for offline reopening. It does not cache diagnostic responses or advertising requests. Clear the site’s cache and service worker in your browser settings. Private browsing and automatic cleanup can remove history or prevent offline use.
Reports and personal notes
Reports are generated on your device. There is no automatic delivery to your provider, no account and no application telemetry. Downloads remain in your chosen folder and are not deleted when you clear history. IP omission affects only the field collected by the app: it does not remove addresses, names or other information in your notes. Always inspect documents before sharing them.
Hosting and website logs
The static website is delivered by Vercel Inc. over a global network. IP address, timestamp, requested URL and device metadata may be processed to deliver files, secure the service and manage abuse. The operator does not maintain an application access-log archive and has not enabled Web Analytics or Speed Insights. Vercel determines retention of its own technical data according to operational need, security and applicable obligations; we do not claim an unverified number of days. Contact the controller for log-related questions or requests. Transfers outside the European Economic Area may occur under the safeguards in Vercel’s DPA, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Advertising and consent
The diagnostics document does not load ads. Guides may contain AdSense placements only after the operator has configured them and integrated an appropriate consent platform. Advertising stays disabled until publisher identifiers and consent integration are configured. Disclosures on vendors, purposes and withdrawal must match the actual published configuration.
Current status: advertising is not configured.
Purposes and legal bases
Loading the site and carrying out diagnostics at your request provide the requested service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); infrastructure protection and abuse prevention support the legitimate interest in security and continuity (Article 6(1)(f)). Saving history and language provides features you request, stored on your device. You can avoid tests, disable session storage and clear local data at any time. No measurement is required to read the guides. We do not profile users or make automated decisions with legal effects. Any future advertising requires an updated notice and a separate choice.
Contact and rights
Write to phabdev@gmail.com for information or to exercise applicable rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority or your competent supervisory authority. We do not receive local history: erase it through the app or browser settings, and delete downloaded files separately. For log-related requests, identify the website and time window; we will explain the checks available with the provider. Do not send a complete diagnostic dossier unless needed.

Test singolo, a tempo o continuo
Il test singolo misura download e upload per 5, 10, 20 o 30 secondi ciascuno, oltre ai controlli iniziali. Le richieste già partite possono terminare entro altri 6 secondi. L’osservazione a tempo dura 1, 5, 15 o 30 minuti; quella continua prosegue fino a Stop. Mantieni aperta la pagina e il dispositivo acceso: il browser può sospendere le attività in background.
Rete completa ripete le misure di velocità all’intervallo scelto e controlla la stabilità negli intervalli. Solo stabilità esegue piccole richieste HTTP ogni almeno 5 secondi, senza misurare download e upload. I test di velocità non si sovrappongono. Le modalità a tempo non hanno un tetto automatico in MB e possono consumare molti GB. Puoi scegliere un budget per ogni misurazione nelle opzioni; quel budget può accorciare il singolo test ma non termina l’osservazione.
Puoi esportare rapporti intermedi senza fermare l’osservazione. Per limitare la memoria conserviamo al massimo 10.000 campioni, 100 cicli di velocità e 2.000 eventi recenti. I rapporti dichiarano quanti dati precedenti sono stati rimossi: le statistiche riguardano la finestra conservata, mentre i contatori totali di traffico coprono l’intera sessione. Storico, cache e rapporti non costituiscono un servizio di monitoraggio sempre attivo.
Single, timed or continuous tests
A single test measures download and upload for 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds each, in addition to initial checks. In-flight requests may take up to 6 extra seconds to finish. Timed observation lasts 1, 5, 15 or 30 minutes; continuous observation runs until Stop. Keep the page open and the device awake: browsers can suspend background work.
Full network repeats speed measurements at your chosen interval and observes stability between them. Stability only makes small HTTP requests at least 5 seconds apart, without measuring download or upload speed. Speed tests never overlap. Time-based modes have no automatic MB cap and may use many GB. An optional data budget limits each speed measurement but does not end the observation.
Export interim reports without stopping observation. Memory retains at most 10,000 samples, 100 speed cycles and 2,000 recent events. Reports disclose discarded evidence: statistics describe the retained window, while traffic totals cover the entire session. History, cache and reports do not constitute an always-on monitoring service.
Server e conservazione delle osservazioni lunghe
Oltre a Cloudflare, su scelta dell’utente le misure contattano fra.speedtest.clouvider.net o lon.speedtest.clouvider.net, gestiti da Clouvider e pubblicati da LibreSpeed. Raggiungibilità, upload e download sono richieste dirette dal dispositivo: i gestori vedono IP e metadati HTTP. Non inviamo note, rapporti, storico o identificatori applicativi persistenti. Le condizioni dei gestori restano applicabili.
Le osservazioni mantengono in memoria fino a 2.160 riepiloghi orari e 1.000 periodi, oltre ai campioni recenti. Con “Conserva la sessione” attivo salviamo una copia nel database locale del browser (IndexedDB) all’avvio e circa ogni minuto, per recuperarla dopo una chiusura inattesa. Non è un backup remoto né un monitoraggio in background. Lo storico mantiene al massimo 20 sessioni finché lo cancelli o il browser rimuove i dati. “Cancella archivio” cancella anche la copia di recupero.
Il PDF tecnico contiene allegati JSON e CSV con i dati esportati. Controllali come qualsiasi altro rapporto prima di condividerli. Gli annunci sono predisposti solo nelle guide, in spazi contrassegnati e separati dai comandi. Nessun annuncio, CMP o script pubblicitario viene caricato dalla pagina di misurazione. Attualmente AdSense è disattivato.
Servers and long observation retention
In addition to Cloudflare, users can select fra.speedtest.clouvider.net or lon.speedtest.clouvider.net, operated by Clouvider and listed by LibreSpeed. Latency, uploads and downloads are direct device requests: operators see the IP address and HTTP metadata. We send no notes, reports, history or persistent application identifiers. Operators’ terms remain applicable.
Observations keep up to 2,160 hourly summaries and 1,000 periods in memory, in addition to recent raw samples. With local retention enabled, a checkpoint is saved in the browser’s IndexedDB at startup and about every minute for recovery after an unexpected close. It is not a remote backup or background monitoring. History retains up to 20 sessions until you delete them or the browser clears storage. Clear history also removes the recovery copy.
Technical PDFs contain embedded JSON and CSV evidence. Review these as you would any report before sharing. Ad placements are prepared only in the guides, clearly labelled and separate from controls. No ads, CMP or advertising scripts load on the measurement page. AdSense is currently disabled.
